 All Ashby volleyball and football players at our pep fest, right before school started.

Sports Boosters paid for a fun volleyball professional picture, that is hanging in our gym. It turned out great of all the girls 9-12 grade.

Sun Pickles for the 1st Grade Class

Since I am home during the day, and this project just didn't work to have the kids help out, Jeremy asked me to do his Sun Pickles from the garden. Here are all the ingredients...

 Mrs. Koefod had a great recipe, and even a big enough jar!

Boiling the water and vinegar...stinky!

These are all from the garden...Straight Eights, and Boston Pickling.

They really look different cut too...up is the Straight 8's, and below is the Boston's.

Lots of garlic

And fresh dill

 Pile them in

Add the water mixture, and seal it up

 Then get them into the sun for 5 days

The kids loved them!!  Jax, Jonah and Hayden loved them too!
